Bug Description
Laptop with extra monitor connected via VGA.
Lock screen
The laptop screen blanks as expected.
The second monitor (sometimes) stays active, displaying the normal desktop/
This is a regression in 13.10 - before then it was always fine
Marking as security vulnerability because when I lock screen I don't want other people to see whats on my desktop

I am not sure that this is a regression in 13.10 though. I remember my friend experienced this in Ubuntu 13.04.
