Affects me too, on 13.10 with Intel HD 3000 and NVIDIA GT 540M (bumblebee 3.2.1 and kernel 3.10.0.6)

It reproducable for both gnome-screenshot and ksnapshot from KDE. If I select 'window area' in ksnapshot and than press 'take snapshot', target window becomes black even before taking screenshot.

Output of 'lspci | grep VGA':
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF108M [GeForce GT 540M] (rev ff)

Bug not reproduced after update to the latest packages versions on Ubuntu Saucy, nor with pure intel drivers neither with bumblebee installed.
