Bug Description

After upgrading to Ubuntu 9.04 Alpha 6, the RDP isn't working.

Error in query:
SELECT * FROM version WHERE id = 1
Error:file is encrypted or is not a database

There was an error during reading of record.

Invalid database version!

***
my SQL also crashed after the upgrade not sure if this is the reason behind, but both aren't working now.

Thank you for taking time to report this issue, it helps make Ubuntu better. Please answer a couple of questions.

1. Is this problem reproducible?
2. What are the steps taken to reproduce this problem?
3. Are you using 32 or 64 bit Ubuntu?

This will help.

There is a history of problems with gnome-rdp being unable to read older versions of the .gnome-rdp.db SQLite database files due to changes to the SQLite libraries. Can you back this file up to another location, delete the file in your home directory and try to restart gnome-rdp again?

Hello,

I had the same problem with gnome-rdp after upgrading to 9.04. After deleting the .gnome-rdp.db you can start gnome-rdp. without errors.

Ivan
