python-evince does not define DocumentThumbnails interface

Bug Description
In evince/evince.defs, get_thumbnail and get_dimensions are defined under EvDocumentThumb
However, EvDocumentThumb
Those functions are not usable as a result.
Add following lines to add interface will make those usable.
