Bug Description

The Gnome printing interface doesn't have an easy button or checkbox for printing files in black-and-white / greyscale and sometimes (with certain printers, like my Canon MP210) offers no way at all to print in black/white.

This cannot be considered a paper cut -- it is a significant feature request.

This bug is an upstream one and it would be quite helpful if somebody experiencing it could send the bug the to the people writing the software. You can learn more about how to do this for various upstreams at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream.
