Reports battery is nearly discharged, unless 100% fully charged, when you unplug AC adapter.

Ubuntu 11.10 (upgraded from 11.04)

No matter what the charge level is of the battery, if I remove the AC adapter, the app reports the battery being critically low. The only time this bug does not occur, is when the battery has a full charge.
