Bug Description

EDIT:: ISSUE happens when screen turns off before suspend.

 no matter if its GDM or Light DM

In "Oneiric Ocelot" Ubuntu 11.10 Display will not come back if computer is left inactive. If I close the lid and reopen than the display comes back... Hardware info follows

I think it has to do with the gnome-control-panel... For some reason when it comes back after "turn off" it keeps the back light set to 0... But it does not do it with suspend where it restores the screen properly.
