Bug Description

The only options provided are hibernate and shutdown. "Do nothing" should be allowed, especially for situations where hibernation would not work, and also for calibrating the battery (which requires being able to have the system "do nothing".

I forgot to add, it should also allow "shut down".

Oops, I got the options mixed up, it is "hibernate" and "suspend", but the bug still applies.

This bug is not a duplicate as it is a distinctly different option.

Bug #736606 refers to Lid Close behaviour and I think should be closed as Do Nothing now exists in the power manager options.

This bug refers to Battery Critically Low behaviour.
