Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Power manager seems to be misplacing the decimal point, reporting battery charge and rate data as 10x greater or less than actual. upower dump shows same errors.
Ubuntu 11.04, gnome-power-manager version 2.32.0-2ubuntu2
