Bug Description
I've upgraded a laptop from Kubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 and noticed that there is no profile called "Aggressive powersave" set. This means that when the battery level is low, there is no profile for it to change to.
In a new install of 11.04, this profile is available.

This can't affect gnome-power-manager as I'm using Kubuntu which is KDE.
