double entry for akku state after suspend/resume

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

battary indicatro has two entry after suspend/resume. To reproduce:
1. make sure your battery is _not_ 100% charged. It is hard to reproduce this issue if it is.
2. supend/resume
3. check the state
