Bug Description
Power Management Applet does not have a tab for "On Battery" even when the laptop is unplugged.
The tab for On Ac power and General appears but not one for "On battery" as shown in the help section.
I am using an Acer Aspire with Ubuntu 11.04 with Gnome 2.32.0.
