Hibernation warning sometimes hidden

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
The pop-up, warning of hibernation in five minutes if not plugged into AC is sometimes hidden behind other windows.
The last time it happened I was using Firefox,

Thinking about it, the reason I noticed the pop-up was there before the system hibernated was because I was clicking back and forth on different windows anyway at the time, meaning the power warning may have popped up just as I clicked another window, hiding it without me noticing.
If it's that easy to do such a thing though, then maybe the warning dialog should be a modal window?
