Bug Description

On starting my laptop and logging in, with AC power connected, gnome-power-manager displays an icon in the notification area of an AC plug. The tooltip, however, says "Computer is running on battery power". After removing AC power, the icon and tooltip are unchanged. After AC power is re-inserted, the icon and tooltip are still unchaged.
