With two batteries, shutdown when first discharges

Bug Description

I have a ThinkPad X60s with two batteries (one regular "8 cell high capacity battery" plus an "extended life battery" that fits on the bottom of the laptop). I just had a situation where I was running on battery power from the extended life battery, and when that battery ran down, gnome-power-manager displayer the critical low charge notification balloon and shut down the laptop, even though the other battery had a full charge (and in fact the gnome-power-manager notification icon was showing a 70% charge and more than 4 hours of runtime left).

It's rather annoying to have the laptop shut down 4 hours early ;)

Rejected as a duplicate. Please post into bug #60442 about it, it had already been reported and it's easier for developers when it is discussed about the same problem in one post. Thanks for your report though.
