Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
I have gnome-power-manager in the tray in the top panel. When I remove power/add the power back. The notification popup displays attached to the bottom panel. It should be displaying from the power icon.

I can confirm this too on my system.
Furthermore, this notification at the bottom appears *on top* of the panel, and thus obscuring the Workspace Switcher.
I do not know if this is specific to g-p-m, since I've also seen this kind of notification when getting a warning that a partition is almost full.
