should be able to set level to dim screen to on battery

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I have power manager set to dim the screen when on battery but this only dims it to about 1/3 of the possible. It is perfectly usable on full-dim so I would like to be able to set the level to which it should dim when on battery with a slider in the power manager interface.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of GNOME Power Manager is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.
