Bug Description

Upgraded a pretty clean Karmic system to Lucid RC yesterday, and now I'm seeing the laptop battery indicator applet twice in my panel: once in the Notification Area and once in the Indicator Applet. The former displays the "broken" icon, though clicking on it shows the same menu as the one in the latter. I will attach a screenshot.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of GNOME Power Manager is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.

Removing indicator-applet-session worked for me. It says it's a clone maybe that has something to do with it.
