Gnome does not suspend when critical battery charge is reached.

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

When battery reaches critical charge percentage, gnome-power-manager does not suspend laptop.
I have tried adjusting settings in gconf-editor: Apps->gnome-power-manager->thresholds and continue not working.
