Laptop battery percentage with 2 batteries is wrong + no time

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

hp envy 15 with 2 batteries

- when i use 2 batteries -> external battery newer goes to 0% (stays at 1.5%) and internal battery newer changed from 100%; after reboot external is 0% and f.e. when internal is on 9% gnome-power-manager shows 20%
- no time for charging or discharging
