Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Just had the "Laptop battery critically low" message shown at the point of unplugging the external power cord, despite the battery saying 100% full. This is with:
gnome-
Ideally "Critically" should only be used when battery capacity is < 10% full or < 10 minutes remaining.

I can confirm it when testing lubuntu
$ gnome-power-manager --version
Version 2.29.2
My LG X110 is forced to hibernete after being unpluged from AC.
