Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

1) Ubuntu release: 9.10
2) Package version: 2.28.1-0ubuntu1
3) What you expected to happen: Nothing
4) What happened instead: Laptop switched to Suspend mode. Screen blacked out and had to press power button to get to the login screen again.
5) Kernel - 2.6.31-16-generic

Problem description:
Plugging in the laptop to A/C power or taking it off A/C power causes the laptop to go into Suspend mode.
This wasnt happening till the previous versions of Ubutu (up until 9.04). Did a clean install of 9.10 and this problem started appearing.
