Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Currently gnome-power-manager Depends: notification-daemon, but it should use Recommends instead, so that people who don't want any notifications at all can safely remove notify-osd, but still use gnome-power-manager to give them a battery status icon or peruse the other functionality it provides, such as inhibiting sleep.

You've probably noticed already, but I targeted it to lucid, and uploaded.
