The netbook just suspends when AC is plugged in or out. It is still not resolved since RC.

After further observation, everytime the AC is plugged or unplugged, the computer thinks its losing power which then triggers settings for low power either sleep or hibernate.. unfortunately there's no disable option for this power management feature.
