screen blanks when AC is pulled.

In an ironic contrast to bug #39448, the screen gets locked when it shouldn't. I have turned on the "lock screen when screensaver is active" preference in the screensaver preferences, in an attempt to workaround that bug, but now what happens is when I unplug the power cord the screensaver seems to kick in and the screen is locked.

I can't win!

Even when I've turned the setting in gnome-screensaver off, I am still seeing this bug.

I have:

/apps/gnome-power-manager/lock_on_blank_screen = true
/apps/gnome-power-manager/lock_use_screensaver_settings = false

No offense, but I don't think this is a duplicate: my lid state is fine both before and after removing the AC adapter. Please feel free to ask me for any further information to debug this problem.

i dont see where the bug with locking is here. what do you expect if you set lock_on_blank_screen to true ? i agree it shouldnt happen while pulling the power chord (that might be a bug), but with these options set, the locking is behaving exactly as you told it to. (ignore the screensaver settings and lock in any case on blanking)
