Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Power Preferences
2. Set "ask me" for action when pressing power button and exit
3. Press power button
What happens:
Only options presented are logout and switch user
What should happen:
Power-related options (shut down, restart, suspend, hibernate) should be presented
