2008-09-29 22:49:29 Brian Murray acpi-support: statusexplanation I'm removing the regression-potential tag since there is no clear indication in this bug report that this used to work for the original reporter of the bug. Additionally, the bug maybe actually be in gnome-power-manager as indicated by the 'gnome-power-manager' as indicated by the log messages. So it would be helpful to know which particular version of gnome-power-manager you experienced this with. You can check via 'apt-cache policy gnome-power-manager'. Also what are you power management preferences set to for pressing the suspend button? Thanks in advance.
