gnome-power-manager wont keep the state ( This key as no schema )

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
I set my power profile to Conservative both on a SUID gnome-applet and gconf-editor
but recently it started losing it setting and defaulting to Ondemand.
on gconf-editor i get a "This key as no schema" for /apps/gnome-

That's because these keys have been deprecated upstream by the looks of things. I've just checked the source and they are no longer used.
