Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
When I suspend my Dell Inspiron 9300 using the ATI Mobility Radeon x300 with fglrx, and then resume it, before the password dialog appears, I can briefly see the screen exactly as it was before I initiated the suspend. Given that screen lock is intended to protect the machine's owner from unauthorized access to information, it seems like this is a security vulnerability.
I'm using Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 with alll the latest updates.

Is this still a problem in Ubuntu 9.04 or Ubuntu 9.10 Beta?
