Power managment 2.21.1 does not update

Bug Description

My power manager told me I had 97% battery and that I was plugged into a power source when it's less than 10%, about to die, and I am on battery. Using Dell Inspiron 1501 running Hardy Heron Alpha 5 with power managment 2.21.1 and I expected it to tell me the right power percent. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the bug report. In the future when reporting bugs, if you know the effected package, please file it against the package and not Ubuntu itself.
