Dark theme, text is not visible on axis due to similar color of background in Power Statistics app

Bug Description

When using a dark theme the data in the Power Statistics is barely visible because text color and background color are almost the same.

Description: Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (development branch)

Application: gnome-power-statistics

To reproduce:

- Switch to dark theme in Ubuntu appearance settings.
- Open 'Power Statistics' app
- Select 'Laptop battery'
- Select 'History' tab
- Text on both axes is not visible
