Power status says my battery is fully charged. I'm on a desktop. I have no battery

Bug Description

Just upgraded to bionic. Gnome says my battery is fully charged. ONly thing is, this isn't a laptop. I have no batter. It is impossible for my battery to be fully charged, since it doesn't exist.
