Thank you for your bug report. What sort of computer do you use? On a laptop it should least batteries info, on a desktop indeed you get only the CPU information and that seems buggy.
There is a Debian bug report describing similar problems on https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=689298
It might have to do with upower/kernel options, needs investigation

On a Dell XPS 13 laptop, Power Statistics does show the AC adapter and Laptop battery status, but the Processor statistics has the same error as above:

Processor wakeups per second: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.UPower.GeneralError: cannot enable timerstats

On a Dell XPS 15 9560 laptop I'm seeing the same error as above on the "Processor" section :

Processor wakeups per second: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.UPower.GeneralError: cannot enable timerstats

The other panels seem to work right, including:
* AC adapter
* Laptop battery
* Mouse (it's a Logitech bluetooth)
* Keyboard (Logitech bluetooth too)

/proc/timer_stats was enabled when the kernel was compiled with CONFIG_TIMER_STATS=y

However, this was removed from the kernel in February 2017, see this commit log:

From https://lwn.net/Articles/714710/

"The TIMER_STATS feature, which made some timer statistics available in /proc/timer_stats, has been removed. It was seen as a security problem, since it could leak process information across namespaces; the tracing subsystem should be used to get this information instead."
