Notification Icon of gnome-power-manager random disappear, after some minutes it reappear.

Is this still an issue for you?, if so, could you please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingGNOMEPowerManager, and provide the files obtained after executing the mentioned commands and include those files here as separated attachments, this would greatly help us to solve this issue.
