The battery charging / discharging rates & capacity are off by factor 10

Bug Description

The battery state is totally of.
Power consumtion shows as 950mW (in powertop)
Battery capacity is 4.9Wh
 => both values seem to be off by factor 10
Charging rate is at 65.5 W

When I disconnect the charger I get a critical Battery notification
Might not be a problem of the gnome-power-manager itself since powetop shows the same issue.
Got a Lenovo N581 running Raring
