Bug Description

When I change the Display brightness with the Fn-Keys on ASUS Zenbook UX31E, it seems that Gnome does not recognise the value I have changed to. But if i will go into the Lock&Brightness settings in gnome-control-center the display adjusts to the value which is set there. It looks like these two settings are separately managed. I am running Ubuntu raring, amd64, Kernel: 3.8
