Suspend on laptop lid close is off but still suspends

Suspend when laptop lid is closed is off but my laptop still suspends when the lid is closed

(suspend when inactive for x time is off and my laptop does respect that setting)

Solved

I was looking under System Settings \ Power

After I realized I had to also go under System Settings \ Brightness and Lock

Everything is now working as expected
