Bug Description
Im using external monitor
Closing lid to watch on external monitor and want to see movie.
Instead happens lock screen on all monitors.
Add option to do nothing. or blank just monitor screen.
Or better idea. Checkmark if external added then dont lock on lid close. "Ignore lid if external monitor added"

There is this option in 12.04 - the latest stable release (and therefore is likely in the development release) - so I'm not sure if I should mark this bug as invalid or not. 10.04 is already released, so it'll be (very) hard to get in a new feature (even though this is a small one, yes).
