gnome-phone-manager whines about notification area

Bug Description

when I login, I get a dialog from gnome-phone-manager complaining that I
dont have a notification area setup on the panel. This is wrong: I do.

Whats happening is that the panel containing the notification area
hasn't started when gnome-phone-manager does.

I think g-p-m should not complain in this manner. If more than one app
started to do this, I'd have many dialogs to click through on every
login for no good reason.

I suspect the idea is to stop people asking 'why isn't g-p-m running'
when they dont have a notification area. This is fine, but the warning
and notification of it should be shared between all running programs
that use the notification area, not done piecemeal.

I can confirm this for feisty AMD64. Note that this occurs only when starting a session in which gnome-phone-manager is included.

Gutsy (x86) gnome-phone-manager 0.10 seems to be not session-aware. It starts to work perfectly if I add it to startup programs, though.
