some icons are still masked when the panel is unlocked

at first the panel was locked and too small to show all the icons of the programs running.
but when i unlocked the panel, the first icon on the left (last application launched) was still partially hidden.

rq: if you reload the application which icon isn't shown normally, it fixes the problem.

it happens when :
- my gnome-panel is locked and full
- I run aMule, go into "Preferences", and check "Activate the icon in the
taskbar"

then the panel doesn't resize correctly, and the icon of aMule is partly
hidden.

sending attachements by mail doesn't work at the moment on launchpad, you have to use the website option

No problem, marking confirmed since the screenshot show the problem, it doesn't happen on my desktop though, applet are moved but the icons are displayed correctly

no, it seems to be fixed.
i'm under gutsy and when I tried to reproduce the same actions, the amule
icon shown correctly, without being cut.
