Bug Description

"Application/about Ubuntu" goes to the ubuntu webpage. A local webpage like
file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html may be a better solution for
people without internet

no, this was discussed by mail IIRC. Will be fixed in the next upload

this is already fixed in hoary in fact, it has been include with the new layout
patch
