Bug Description
Currently the menu-bar containing the two menus is rather wide.
My suggestion is an icon for each menu(possibly split into their own applets)
that shows each menu instead of the full text in gnome-panel.
This is not meant to replace the current menu bar but to simply offer up an
option for those who need more space without a loss of functionality.
