Bug Description
I'm running 11.04 i386 and I have a HDTV Monitor Samsung SyncMaster P2370HD running through HDMI at 1920x1080 using Nvidia-currrent; 270.41.06-0ubuntu1
I've noticed when working on the desktop, doing anything, at times I'll get tears in the top and bottom panels, sections missing...

THANKS
I just installed Gimp and when I clicked on 'File' to open up a image the 'Toolbox' section of Gimp was sliced in half.
This seems to also be affecting applications as well...
