Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Skype icon is not displayed in notification area of gnome panel. The problem appeared after upgrade to Natty, before this it worked fine. Other icons (e.g. pidgin) seem to be displayed correctly.

Running N instances of Skype causes N-1 icons in the panel to appear. Skype can get confused with multiple instances using the same login, though.
The first Skype icon appears to exist as a 1 pixel wide icon. It's very hard to right-click on the icon, but it does exist.
