Computer -> Desktop doesn't work if "desktop is home" is set

Bug Description

I have $HOME as my desktop, but if I press Computer -> Desktop Directory
nautilus tells me that it can't find /home/users/ross/Desktop.

This code should detect the gconf key
/apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_is_home_dir and either change the location,
or remove the menu entry totally.

     - fixed some strings.
     - handle "desktop is home dir" case (Warty: #835).
