Bottom panel gets misplaced on every login

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I'm using natty and Gnome. I have three panels: two top panels and one bottom panel. The bottom panel is not set to expand. When gnome-panel starts up, the bottom panel appears in the middle of my desktop (see attached screenshot gnome-panel_before_toggling.png).

I am able to get the panel back to its correct position by toggling Expand on and off.

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)
