application launcher configurations are ignored

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I created multiple launchers for the same application with different parameters and different icons. This launchers work without problems at first. After restarting gnome-panel (respectively restarting the computer) only the configuration for the first found launcher is used for all the launchers.
