remove icon when emphaty, gwibber and evolution are not installed

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

i dont' use gwibber, emphaty and evolution.

so two icon in attacched are unnecessary.

it should be possible:
- to remove them automatically when not in use
- give at users the option to remove it manually if if he wants

edit.
also:
* add automatically icon of this program after installation:
  * thunderbird
  * pidgin
  * any other?

I can confirm that this remains an issue in 12.04 Alpha 2 LIVE. There is no obvious way for users to remove this icon if they wish to.
