Main gnome toolbars arent visible

Binary package hint: compiz

When i start ubuntu, And everything loads, im not able to see gnome panel where i can minimize windows(bottom) and clocks (up)
When starts from shell, which i have on desktop by running gnome-panel, they appears until CTRL+C
