moving panel launcher erases details

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I right-clicked on my panel, added a launcher to launch vncviewer, set and icon and a name.
Then I clicked it and dragged it to reposition it on my panel. After letting go of the mouse button, the icon turns into the default question mark icon.
Right clicking on it and going to the properties of the launcher reveal that the command, comment, icon, and name have all been wiped.
To make sure I was not imagining this, I tried again with a launcher for Azureus, and it happened again.
